HOW LONG DOES A LASH LIFT LAST?

One of the most common questions we get asked is how long a lash lift lasts and how often you need to come back for a new treatment. A lash lift is designed to be a low maintenance treatment that enhances your natural lashes without the need for daily curling or regular infills. For most clients, a lash lift lasts between six to eight weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how you care for your lashes after the treatment.
Why Lash Lifts Last 6 to 8 Weeks
Your natural lashes grow and shed in a cycle. Each natural lash has its own growth phase, resting phase and shedding phase. Because of this natural cycle, your lifted lashes will gradually grow out and be replaced by new lashes.
This is why a lash lift does not suddenly disappear. Instead, the lift slowly softens over time as new lashes grow through. How To Make Your Lash Lift Last Longer
There are a few simple things you can do to help your lash lift last as long as possible.
Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours
This is the most important step because your lashes are still setting into their new shape.
Be gentle with your lashes
Avoid rubbing your eyes or sleeping face down if possible.
Avoid heavy oil based products around the eyes
Oil based cleansers and makeup removers can cause the lift to drop faster.
Brush your lashes gently
Brushing your lashes with a clean spoolie helps keep them neat and separated.
How Do You Know When It Is Time For A New Lash Lift
You may notice that your lashes start to look less lifted and a bit more straight as new lashes grow through. This is usually the sign that it is time for your next lash lift appointment.
We generally recommend waiting at least six weeks between lash lift treatments to protect the condition of your natural lashes.
