At Crystal Lash Artistry, we respect you as our valued customers and we wish to be treated the same from you. Please review the below carefully:

  1. Deposits
    A non-refundable deposit must be taken online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your service price on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable however may be transferred to a friend should you no longer wish to use our services.
  2. Lash infill appointments
    We do not provide infill services for lash extensions applied at another salon. However, we can offer removals on work that was applied elsewhere if you are booking a full set with us. In this case, please make note of that when booking the appointment as extra time is required. Removal fee may incur if it takes longer than 20 minutes to remove the set due to poor work and excessive glue.
  3. Rescheduling
    Rescheduling appointments must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment, otherwise 50%fee may incur. Only one reschedule is allowed per booking. 
  4. Late arrivals
    Please notify me ASAP if you are running to your appointment. I will try my best to provide a complete and full set during the time we have left for our appointment, however this may not be the desired outcome you wished to achieve. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and 50%fee will be charged.
  5. Cancellations/ No show
    When you confirmed your booking, you have agreed to our strict cancellation policy. You may be charged 50% fee for late cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment time, or 100% fee for not showing up. Please be considerate of my time.
  6. Refunds
    Refunds are not available in any circumstance. If you are unhappy with the service, please contact me ASAP and I will be happy to discuss your concerns.
  7. Allergic reactions 
    Health and safety is my number one priority. Please notify me immediately as soon as you feel unwell during/ after the appointment. If you react during the appointment, I will remove all extensions. You will be required to pay the full service fee to cover the cost of my time and material used. You may be required to seek medical assistance depending on the severity of the reaction.
    If you experience an allergic reaction (i.e. puffy red eyelids) after the appointment, please contact me and seek medical assistance ASAP. I am happy to remove the extensions within 72 hours of your appointment free of charge. Whilst not common, allergic reactions can occur at any time, even if you have had extensions before. However, reactions generally subside after a couple of days and do not always require a removal.
  8. Other health concerns
    If you are unwell or have any contagious health issues ( i.e. conjunctivitis), please reschedule until you are 100% recovered. Due to OH&S, I will not service unwell clients on the way and you will forfeit your deposit.
  9. Additional guests
    I kindly ask you not to bring guests, children or pets to your appointment. As my salon is home based, please respect my privacy. Additional guests put unnecessary pressures on lash artists during the application process.
  10. Balancing payment 
    Balancing payments must be made on the day of your appointment. Cash or bank transferred is preferred.
