CAN YOU WEAR MASCARA WITH A LASH LIFT
One of the most common questions clients ask after getting a lash lift is whether they can still wear mascara. The short answer is yes, you can wear mascara with a lash lift. However, many clients find that they do not need mascara as often because their lashes already look darker, lifted and more defined after the treatment. If you do want to wear mascara, there are a few things to keep in mind to maintain your lash lift results.
You should avoid mascara for the first 24 hours after your lash lift. During this time, your lashes are still setting into their new shape, and mascara or moisture can affect the lift. If you choose to wear mascara after a lash lift, it is best to use a gentle, non waterproof mascara. Waterproof mascara can be harder to remove and may require more running around the eyes, which can cause the lift to drop faster. A gentle mascara that is easy to remove helps maintain your lash lift for longer.

Many clients choose a lash lift because it reduces the need for mascara and lash curlers. Your natural lashes will already look more lifted and defined, so mascara becomes optional rather than necessary.
