Many clients are not sure what they should or should not do before their appointment, so here is a simple guide to help you prepare.
One of the most common questions we get asked is how long a lash lift lasts and how often you need to come back for a new treatment. A lash lift is designed to be a low maintenance treatment that enhances your natural lashes without the need for daily curling or regular infills. For most clients, a lash lift lasts between six to eight weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and how you care for your lashes after the treatment.

To get the best result from your lash lift, please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
Before your appointment:
- Do not wear mascara
- Do not wear eye makeup
- Avoid using oil based products around the eyes
- Remove contact lenses before your appointment
- Try to avoid caffeine so you can relax during the treatment
A lash lift appointment usually takes around 45 to 60 minutes, and many clients find the treatment very relaxing.
LASH EXTENSIONS
Preparing for eyelash extensions is very important because clean lashes help the extensions last longer.
Before your appointment:
- Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup

- Allow enough time as a full set can take 1.5 to 2 hours

- Avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours
